The menu prototype provided by our establishment is made in a 1:1 ratio, identical to the final product. The purpose of customizing the menu prototype is to allow both the buyer and seller to have an actual item for communication and discussion before formal production. This helps reduce cognitive errors and allows for adjustments, ultimately bringing the final product closer to the buyer’s desired outcome.

“捨其本打樣” refers to the process of taking one sample from the quantity purchased to serve as the prototype. Confirming the transaction order with the prototype is a free service for one sample. However, some buyers may not understand the purpose of the prototype. If you wish to waive the prototype stage, please download and sign the Waiver of Menu Prototype Authorization or reply via email to accept the waiver. The waiver of the menu prototype is only available as a free service once.

For example, if a buyer orders 30 portions, one portion will be set aside as the prototype for the buyer’s confirmation. After receiving the buyer’s confirmation of the prototype without errors, the remaining 29 portions will be formally produced and completed for delivery. The actual delivery will consist of 29 portions, as the prototype used for confirmation is not guaranteed for use and cannot be returned or exchanged. If the buyer wishes to have a second prototype, an equivalent amount of USD $300 or the price difference will be charged, and shipping costs will be additional.

In the formal production process, there may be a loss of approximately 2 to 4 portions. Therefore, the shipment is often done in even numbers. As a result, the buyer does not need to feel regretful about waiving one portion for the prototype.

The process of waiving the prototype typically takes around 7 to 10 working days. However, the production of the final product may require a longer timeframe of approximately 15 to 30 working days or more.
