Special Processing

The term “special processing” refers to a diverse composite of technical engineering skills rather than a single specialized skill. It cannot be explained in a short time and is commonly referred to as “special.” In other words, it is not necessarily extraordinary; it is just slightly more complex. Please make the most of this service.

We use imported embroidery thread from Japan, which can produce very delicate finished products with cotton thread. However, it is not suitable for use in the food and beverage industry. After a few days of use, cotton thread accumulates significant dust and may even develop an oily smell. The Japanese imported embroidery thread is thicker in comparison and does not provide the same level of detail as cotton thread. Particularly, it cannot create complete straight lines on thick functional fabrics. However, at least the Japanese imported embroidery thread does not accumulate significant dust nor develop an oily smell.

Special Printing

Special printing is a traditional craftsmanship that can be applied to any material, offering special printing with features such as water resistance, acid and alkali resistance, and corrosion resistance in all weather conditions. In ancient times, special printing was referred to as "screen printing" or "silk printing," but it no longer relies on silk. Nowadays, advanced industries often employ special printing techniques, such as printing circuit boards.

Computer Embroidery Flow Chart

Double color computerized embroidery

Multi-color embroidery is possible, allowing for the mixing of multiple colors in any desired pattern. However, it is important to note that true stacked embroidery refers to the technique of layering multiple embroidered designs, where the first and last design in the sequence create a stacked or layered effect. These designs are typically used for logos or specific visual effects.

Double color computerized embroidery

Multi-color embroidery is indeed possible, allowing for the incorporation of multiple colors in a mixed embroidery design. However, it's important to clarify that the term "stacked embroidery" typically refers to a specific technique where multiple embroidered designs are layered on top of each other, creating a stacked or three-dimensional effect. This technique is commonly used for logos or specific design elements that require a raised or textured appearance.

Large area totem electric embroidery

The larger the size of a pattern in embroidery, the better the effect tends to be. Japanese imported embroidery thread is thicker compared to cotton thread, with a higher number. When embroidering straight lines or text on rough surfaces or functional fabrics, the performance of Japanese imported thread may be slightly inferior. However, when it comes to patterns or motifs, it is generally acceptable. In the case of the stamp-like motif shown in the illustration below, if it is too small, the embroidery may appear as a solid mass of color without much detail.

Stacking Color or Multi-color Computerized Embroidery

The larger the area of stacked colors, the more visually appealing it tends to be. Japanese imported embroidery thread is thicker compared to cotton thread, with a higher number. When working with rough surface materials, it is advisable to avoid designs with straight-line motifs. However, incorporating stacked colors appropriately can still achieve a good result. There is no limit to the number of colors that can be used in embroidery designs.

Our custom menus are one-of-a-kind and can be tailored to the buyer’s preferences. For room service menus, we intentionally make them thick and sturdy to prevent them from being taken away, but we can also make them small and thin based on the buyer’s needs. The materials used for the inside and outside of the menu can be mixed and matched to provide a wide range of options. We recommend using a four-hole metal clip for quick and easy replacement of the pages during events.

We support a variety of fine art papers for the inner pages.

The inner pages of this design utilize our proprietary technology, which includes cardboard pages, and is one of our recommended options. The entire series features pages that can be easily added, removed, or replaced, and we support the purchase of various types of fine art paper, waterproof paper, cardboard pages, and magazine paper for the inner pages. If you prefer not to use PVC materials, the aforementioned materials can be purchased separately for use as inner pages. However, only our shop’s products feature inner pages that are easy to flip, durable, without rebounding, and without cracking or splitting along the spine. For estimated production time and costs, please feel free to inquire.

Cardboard inner pages

This image shows a close-up comparison of the 1mm thick side-sealed edge of a cardboard inner page. The area circled in red is where the inner page is easily touched, so it has been folded and sealed to prevent the pages from splitting, effectively extending the lifespan of the inner pages. Side-sealed cardboard inner pages are one of the original and recommended options for inner pages offered by our store.

General Sika paper inner page

This image shows a close-up comparison of the side edge of a commonly used 220-pound thickness cultural paper. The red circle indicates the area where the edge is most likely to be touched and also the easiest to fork. Therefore, our shop has applied a technique to round the edges slightly to reduce the frequency of forking, but it will eventually still fork.
