These are common weather factors that may have a significant impact on operations. However, ‘abnormal weather’ refers to events that are infrequent or rarely occur. When the relative humidity exceeds 95%, it means the rain falls upside down, and at 100%, it’s as if the sky is pouring water. This indicates the need for precautionary measures.
