The interior of the cover is made of synthetic suede fabric, which is very comfortable and durable. For the U-shaped multi-page wine list cover, a 2-6 page design is most suitable.

The U-shaped bi-fold wine list cover does not have a book spine and can be used as a cover for combining with paper. It is recommended to use an 8-ounce cardboard page insert with a cardboard pocket inside, and the interior of the cover is made of synthetic leather and mixed with artificial suede fabric lining. The bi-fold wine list cover is very suitable for use in formal occasions such as contracts and memorandums. At the same time, the wine list has the function of quickly replacing the inner pages, and the four-dimensional pocket of the wine list cover needs to be equipped with an 8-ounce single-sided cardboard page insert to be stable and not easy to drop the pages, while a double-sided cardboard page insert is suitable for the quick and convenient feature of replacing the contents of the inner pages for different meal periods. In terms of maintenance, just wipe it with water, no need to plug in.

When expanding to a multi-page wine list cover, it is recommended to choose a maximum of 6-10 pages, not too many pages to avoid affecting the user experience. Note: Multi-page wine lists are made with a “book cover” called a “wrapper.” The lining inside the wrapper can be bulging, which many people do not like. There is no difference in appearance between a wrapper and a box, only in the binding. The wrapper is the external packaging of the wine list, usually made of paper, cardboard, leather, or other materials. In some cases, the inner lining may be inflated and bulging, which some people do not like because it makes the wrapper uneven inside. The box is a box-shaped outer casing, usually made of sturdy paperboard, leather, or other materials, used to protect and store wine list or menu items. Unlike the wrapper, the box does not require complex fastening or tight binding, and can be easily opened and closed. Overall, both the wrapper and the box are used as external packaging to protect and display wine lists or menus. They look very similar, but differ in binding technique.

Detachable inner pages

Our store's original four-dimensional pocket features a quick-detachable inner page, making it suitable for different time periods and quick page-swapping applications. The four-dimensional pocket of the wine list requires an 8-ounce thickness of single-sided/double-sided cardboard for the backing page to ensure that the pages are secure and not easily lost.

Our custom menus are one-of-a-kind and can be tailored to the buyer’s preferences. For room service menus, we intentionally make them thick and sturdy to prevent them from being taken away, but we can also make them small and thin based on the buyer’s needs. The materials used for the inside and outside of the menu can be mixed and matched to provide a wide range of options. We recommend using a four-hole metal clip for quick and easy replacement of the pages during events.

We support a variety of fine art papers for the inner pages.

The inner pages of this design utilize our proprietary technology, which includes cardboard pages, and is one of our recommended options. The entire series features pages that can be easily added, removed, or replaced, and we support the purchase of various types of fine art paper, waterproof paper, cardboard pages, and magazine paper for the inner pages. If you prefer not to use PVC materials, the aforementioned materials can be purchased separately for use as inner pages. However, only our shop’s products feature inner pages that are easy to flip, durable, without rebounding, and without cracking or splitting along the spine. Cardboard inner pages

The area circled in red is where the inner page is easily touched, so it has been folded and sealed to prevent the pages from splitting, effectively extending the lifespan of the inner pages. Side-sealed cardboard inner pages are one of the original and recommended options for inner pages offered by our store.

This image shows a close-up comparison of the side edge of a commonly used 220-pound thickness cultural paper. The red circle indicates the area where the edge is most likely to be touched and also the easiest to fork. Therefore, our shop has applied a technique to round the edges slightly to reduce the frequency of forking, but it will eventually still fork.
